Lobby Closure

Effective Monday, November 16, 2020, Massena Savings and Loan will temporarily close both branch lobbies and will primarily operate through drive-thru only. Due to the recent surge in positive COVID-19 cases, we feel this is the best decision for the health and safety of our customers, community and staff.

For banking needs that cannot be completed at the drive-thru, we ask that customers reach out to a Massena Savings and Loan representative for assistance. For customers that would like to make deposits or payments after hours, we ask that you utilize the night deposit located in the first drive thru lane.

Please do not let the closure of our lobbies stop you from contacting us with any banking needs you may have. We are here to assist customers in any way that we can. As a reminder, our ATMs and Online Banking are available 24 hours a day to service your banking needs as well. If you are not currently registered with Online Banking, please visit our website to complete the registration.
