Coronavirus COVID-19 Update

Massena Savings and Loan is taking precautionary steps to protect its customers, employees and our community from the coronavirus COVID-19 by electing to go to drive-thru only effective March 18, 2020 at 1pm until further notice. For banking needs that cannot be completed at the drive-thru, we ask that customers reach out to a Massena Savings and Loan representative for assistance. For customers that would like to make deposits or payments after hours, we ask that you utilize the night deposit located in our first drive thru.

Please do not let the closure of our lobbies stop you from contacting us with any banking needs you may have. We are here to assist customers in any way that we can. As a reminder, our ATMs and Online Banking are available 24 hours a day to service your banking needs as well. If you are not currently registered with Online Banking, please visit our website to complete the registration.

Customers should also be aware that the COVID-19 crisis may cause a spike in cybersecurity attacks. Please remember that Massena Savings and Loan will never ask you to provide or update the following information:

  • Full Social Security Numbers
  • Full Account/Debit Card Numbers
  • Passwords
  • Security Question Answers
